Daily Routine Outline:

When I think about my internal practices, specifically what I do on a daily basis. My daily habitual actions break out into beneficial routines, detrimental routines, and the things I should be don't but don't. And they all relate to my overall productivity for the day, which has direct corrilation by what I do first and how that will effect my productivity for the day.

Beneficial-
>Review my 2 do list first thing after eating breakfast in the morning
>Prioritize my work
>Check my e-mail only a few times per day
>Update my 2 do list with all that I get done
>spend time with my better half
>Spend time on personal development
>Finish homework
>Relax for an apporiate amount of time

Detrimental-
>Getting on my computer before school in the morning
> Check e-mail every 20 minutes
> linger on facebook
>lay down just to "rest my eyes" for hours

Then the things I need to be doing but are not -
> clean house
>making healthy dinner
>exercise
